Turnbull & Scott offer a complete power unit supplied  as a self-contained boilerhouse.  Our biomass, oil or gas fired options supply a customised output and can be  used in any external location.

Everything is ready for connection to the pipework, and normally this can commissioned within a day.  Ideal replacement for ageing equipment, as back up heat source or to avoid ‘shut down’ during conversion to woodchip.

TURNBULL & SCOTT CONTAINERISED BOILERS

Over the last few years, Turnbull & Scott Containerised Boilers have been installed in care homes, food processing plants and military barracks to name a few.  Most recently, Turnbull & Scott installed a 64m2, 31 ton, dual boiler house at Manchester University.  Due to site space restrictions, this containerised boiler unit was mounted on an independent structure above an existing plant room.

• LPHW boilers in gas condensing, pressure jet and atmospheric or 35sec oil or biomass options
• Supplied complete with system pumps, pressurization and expansion units, flue, safety systems, all internal pipework and electrical wiring
• Steam boilers in gas, oil or duel fuel options
• Supplied complete with condensate tank, blowdown vessel, water softening and chemical dosing plant, safety systems, all internal pipework and electrical wiring
• Containers complete with steel flooring, lockable personnel door and lighting.
