Turnbull & Scott constantly strive to
deliver a high quality service are proud to have acheived
the following levels of Quality Assurance
Quality Policy
It is, and always has been, the policy of Turnbull
& Scott (ENGINEERS) LTD. to provide products
and services of a consistently high quality and in accordance
with British Standards and other codes of
practice relevant to each product or service.
In order to maintain these standards it is our present day
policy to operate and maintain a Quality Management System
that conforms to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000, and
to continually improve the quality system and quality objectives
by indentification of non-conformities within the system,
and taking the necessary corrective action.
All staff are involved in creating and maintaining the quality
environment by implementing the procedures detailed in our
QMS manual and where any matter is not laid down in preceise
detail, by emplying good engineering practice and common sense.
An introduction to the Quality Policy and
Quality System forms part of the induction
training for all new staff.
