The date of delivery is the date of dispatch from Commercial Industrial Heat (“CIH”, part of Turnbull & Scott Engineers).
Every effort will be made to achieve delivery dates.
It will be assumed that Delivery has been accepted if CIH (part of Turnbull & Scott Engineers) does not hear to the contrary within 7 days.
Deliveries should always be inspected prior to accepting.
The Customer is responsible for the safe unloading of the goods from the vehicle in which they are delivered.
The goods supplied by CIH (part of Turnbull & Scott Engineers) are warranted to be free from defects at the point of dispatch.

All goods supplied should be only be used in the prescribed manner as designed and CIH (part of Turnbull & Scott Engineers) cannot be held responsible if that is not be the case.
Goods repaired and parts replaced during the warranty period shall be in warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever is the greater.
Any item no longer required will incur a 20% handling charge and must be returned at your own cost. Goods must be received by CIH (part of Turnbull & Scott Engineers) unused, in a re-saleable condition and returned within 90 days of delivery.
If no fault is found or your unit has become faulty due to an installation error, no credit will be given. In this case, the item will be held for 20 days from date of notification for you to collect. If you do not collect within this time, your unit will be disposed of and you will still be liable to pay for the goods.
Faulty goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your CRC reference number. If a manufacturing defect is found we will issue a credit of £5 towards your carriage costs.
We will repair or replace faulty units at our discretion, as per the terms of our warranty.
The title of the goods shall remain with CIH (part of Turnbull & Scott Engineers) Seller until full payment for the goods has been received by CIH.
