One Heat Exchanger Type, Built However Your Process Demands

Every shell & tube unit is designed around your fluids, pressures and space constraints. Choose a configuration below, or let our engineers recommend the right one for your application as part of a free design check.

Fixed Tubesheet

The simplest and most cost-effective configuration for clean fluids and moderate temperature differentials. Tubes are welded directly to the shell at both ends.

U-Tube Bundle

A single tubesheet with U-shaped tubes lets the bundle expand and contract independently of the shell. It's ideal for high temperature differentials and makes the bundle easy to pull out for cleaning.

Floating Head

The tube bundle floats free at one end, fully accommodating thermal expansion while still allowing complete bundle withdrawal. Built for high-pressure, high-fouling duties.

Replacement & Retrofit Bundles

Like-for-like tube bundle replacement from your existing drawings or an on-site survey, so you can minimise downtime when a unit needs restoring rather than redesigning.
